As a per diem Instructional Aide, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on assistance to students in classroom settingsperfect for those looking to make a meaningful impact with adaptable work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer academic, behavioral, and social support to students, both 1:1 and in small groups, under the guidance of teachers and school staff
• Facilitate students participation in daily routines, classroom transitions, and activities
• Implement behavior strategies and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as directed
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care if needed
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Ability to successfully pass a TB test (per school requirements)
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain necessary documentation before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience working with students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT is valuable, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative work style
