Your responsibilities will include providing academic, behavioral, and social support to studentseither one-on-one or in small groupsbased on teacher and school staff direction. Youll assist with daily routines, help with classroom transitions, and ensure that each student you support feels included and respected. Implementing behavior support plans and following IEPs will be part of your daily routine, as well as supporting with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed.

Minimum requirements include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Age 18 or older
• TB test (as required by the district)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Current clearances, or willingness to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in school, child care, behavioral health, or special education environments
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT (a plus, but not required)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude
