School-Based Paraprofessional Subs Flexible, Impactful Work

Your Responsibilities:

• Offer 1:1 or small group academic, behavioral, and social support under teacher guidance
• Assist students with classroom routines, transitions, and active participation
• Implement behavioral support plans and follow IEPs where appropriate
• Provide supervision, mobility, or personal care support as needed
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Recent (per district) TB test
• Physically able to stand, walk, and help with lifting if necessary
• Current clearance or willingness to obtain required school clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Work in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Background in supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral/emotional challenges
• Experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT training is a plus (not required)
• Patient, dependable, and thrives on teamwork
