School Paraprofessional Subs Needed School-Based | Flexible Opportunities

Make a daily impact by helping students thrive in their school environment. Positions are open for dedicated Instructional Aides to support students 1:1 in a respected K-12 setting. These per diem, as-needed roles offer flexibility and the chance to work only when your schedule allows, responding to school coverage needs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide both academic and behavioral support in the classroom
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance as guided by teachers or school team members
• Help students with classroom routines, transitions, and participation
• Follow IEPs and implement behavior support plans when needed
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care as appropriate
• Cultivate a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• TB test in line with school regulations
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Willingness to secure required clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Background with students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are a plus, but not mandatory
• Dependable, empathetic, and collaborative nature
