Youll work directly with students who are deaf or hard of hearing, using your expertise to help them access curriculum, build communication skills, and achieve academic success. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Valid teaching certification to provide services for students who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing
  • Experience supporting K12 students with hearing impairments in school settings
  • Deep understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and best practices in DHH education
  • Comfort with an itinerant schedule, collaborating with various staff and adapting to multiple school sites
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
