Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid credential in Special Education
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher in a school environment (preferred)
• In-depth understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate varied learning styles and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide specialized instruction and classroom support in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to create cohesive educational plans
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where every student can thrive
• Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings and training as required
