Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active California Moderate/Severe Special Education teaching credential (required)
• Experience working with students who have moderate to severe disabilities
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with support staff, families, and other educators
• Genuine passion for fostering academic, social, and emotional growth in diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, adapt, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Provide differentiated instruction tailored to each students unique needs and strengths
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for students
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation and progress reports
• Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with families and stakeholders regarding student progress

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.34 to $50.34. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
