• Active California Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe Education Specialist credentials (required)
• Demonstrated experience working in therapeutic or behavioral-focused classrooms, especially with middle and high school SDC populations
• Confidence and compassion when supporting students with behavioral challenges
• Collaborative spirit to work effectively alongside seasoned classroom staff
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing engaging, individualized instruction based on IEP goals
