Core Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and support to a caseload of 28 RSP students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate records and conduct progress assessments
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and families to support student success
• Utilize evidence-based strategies tailored to each student's strengths and areas of growth
• Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment
