• Previous experience specifically as a Resource Specialist Program (RSP) teacher is essential
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently oversee up to 28 IEP caseloads
• Experience working in both general education classrooms and specialized pull-out groups
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal additional training
• Commitment to collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instructional support and interventions to K-8 students according to their IEPs
• Serve as case manager for all assigned students, ensuring compliance with all documentation and timelines
• Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt curriculum and facilitate student inclusion
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings to help shape individualized student plans
