Essential Qualifications:

• Valid California Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential (active status required)
• Demonstrated experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferably at the middle school level
• Expertise in delivering both push-in and pull-out instructional models within an RSP setting
• Comprehensive understanding of the IEP process, including development, implementation, and review
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster a supportive learning environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage paperwork, progress monitoring, and IEP deadlines

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement instruction tailored to students IEP goals in both inclusive and small group settings
• Case manage up to 28 middle school students, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and timelines
