Key Qualifications:

• Active California teaching credential required for Special Education
• Experience working with K-6th grade students in a special education setting preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to K-6th grade students in a Resource classroom setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusion and accommodate learning needs
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for success
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all district, state, and federal regulations
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
