What Youll Bring:

• Active California mild/moderate special education credential (required)
• Demonstrated experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in middle school settings
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students needs

• Commitment to equity and supporting diverse learning profiles

What Youll Be Doing:

• Delivering individualized instruction and support to students within the RSP
• Managing a caseload of 28 middle schoolers with mild/moderate disabilities
• Developing, updating, and facilitating IEP meetings
• Collaborating closely with general education teachers and related service providers
• Monitoring progress and providing regular feedback to students, families, and the school team
• Creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom climate
