Key Qualifications:

• Active California mild/moderate credential is required
• Demonstrated experience as a Resource Specialist Program (RSP) teacher
• Proficiency in case management for student caseloads (up to 28), including documentation and IEP processes
• Flexibility working across multiple learning environments, supporting inclusion and small group pull-out models
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside staff, students, and families
• Able to independently adapt to a dynamic school environment with limited onboarding

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of up to 23 students, with an additional 4 pending, across K8th grade
• Deliver targeted instruction per IEPs and modify curriculum as needed to promote student success
• Coordinate and facilitate IEP meetings, maintain compliance with all legal requirements, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with general education and special education staff to support inclusive practices and student achievement
• Provide direct support through in-class interventions and pull-out resource sessions
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders
