Youll work closely with a caseload of up to 23-28 students, including several pending assignments, spanning multiple grade levels and requiring adaptability across both general education and pull-out settings. What Were Looking For:

• Valid California mild/moderate education specialist credential (active status required)
• Demonstrated experience as a Resource Specialist Program (RSP) teacher
• Proven success in managing caseloads, IEP development, and compliance
• Comfort working in diverse environments: general education, resource rooms, and pull-out sessions
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ready to begin as soon as possible and commit to 6.5 hours per day, full-time

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instructional support for K-8 students in accordance with IEPs
• Manage a caseload of up to 28 students, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance
• Work seamlessly across educational settings to facilitate student inclusion and progress
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families
• Lead IEP meetings, develop individualized goals, and monitor student outcomes
