You will be responsible for case management for up to 23 students (with a few more pending assignment), and your expertise will make a real impact from day one.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Current, valid California mild/moderate credential is required
• Demonstrated experience as a Resource Specialist Program (RSP) teacher
• Strong background in case management (up to 28 cases), IEPs, and supporting students across multiple classrooms
• Adept at collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Confident working with K-8th grade students in varied environments
• Able to adapt quickly and work independently with minimal training

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a caseload of up to 23 students, with a focus on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver specialized instruction within both general education and pull-out settings
• Assess student needs and progress, updating goals and strategies as necessary
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to integrate accommodations and modifications
• Communicate regularly with families and maintain thorough documentation
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
