Key Qualifications:

• Current California Moderate/Severe or ESN Credential, or in the process of obtaining certification
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students in special education settings
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with general education teachers, therapists, and families
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to each student
• Excellent communication and organization abilities
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Primary Duties:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with moderate to severe disabilities in Kinder or First Grade
• Develop and adapt educational materials to suit individual learning plans
• Manage a consistent caseload and assist in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and report writing
• Implement behavior supports and use data-driven strategies to support student growth
• Build relationships with staff, students, and families to ensure comprehensive support
