This full-time contract position is available to start as soon as possible, serving a diverse caseload of up to 23 students (with 4 more pending), spanning kindergarten through 8th grade. Schedule runs 6.5 hours daily, totaling 32.5 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will thrive in both general education and pullout classroom environments, confidently managing a robust caseload and all aspects of case management with minimal training required. Your expertise will support students' diverse learning needs and maintain compliance while collaborating with staff and families.

What youll bring:

• Valid, active California mild/moderate Special Education Teaching Credential (required)
• Demonstrated success as a RSP teacher with case management experience (28 or more cases preferred)
• Proficiency navigating both general education and pullout settings
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt and efficiently manage responsibilities across K8 grade levels

Key responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to assigned students within resource and general education environments
• Manage case documentation and maintain compliance with IEP timelines and procedural safeguards
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and other team members to develop and implement effective student plans
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed to foster student growth and achievement
