A full-time Special Education teaching opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Sonora, CA. This role involves supporting students across multiple caseloads spanning kindergarten through 12th grade, primarily focusing on moderate to severe disabilities, with consideration given to candidates holding mild/moderate certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet diverse student needs
• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to multiple disability categories in alignment with state standards
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of academic and behavioral outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance instructional strategies

Qualifications:

• Valid California Teaching Credential (CTC) for Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe disabilities (required)
