Intensive Individual Services Teacher Extensive Support Needs (K12)

Spindle is partnering with a school district to hire an Intensive Individual Services Teacher Extensive Support Needs (K12) for next school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide intensive, individualized instruction for students with complex and extensive support needs across K12

• Implement highly specialized instructional strategies including discrete trial training, incidental teaching, and functional routines

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs with goals targeting communication, self-help, social, and pre-academic skills

• Lead a team of paraprofessionals and coordinate with related service providers to deliver cohesive student support

• Use ongoing data collection to evaluate student progress and make evidence-based program adjustments

Qualifications:

• California Education Specialist Credential Extensive Support Needs

• Experience with intensive behavioral and communication interventions (ABA, AAC, PECS) strongly preferred

• Strong leadership, data analysis, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills
