Position Highlights:

• Exciting opportunity in Special Education (SPED), with full-time availability and two openings
• Contract dates spanning the full school year: 8/10/26 to 6/3/27
• Work with distinct caseloads: SDC Classroom Mild/Mod for grades 45 and ESN for grades 912
• Inviting location set in sunny Coalinga, CA

What We're Looking For:

• Valid California CTC credential in both Mild/Moderate and Moderate/Severe areasthis is a must
• Demonstrated experience teaching students in special day class (SDC) and/or extensive support needs (ESN) environments
• Enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners and a creative, adaptive approach to student needs
• Compassion, positivity, and a strong commitment to fostering academic and social growth
• Able to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and engage with families

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement differentiated instruction aligned to students IEP goals
• Foster an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence
• Track student progress and contribute to IEP meetings with insights and recommendations
• Work collaboratively with related service providers and general education staff
• Communicate proactively with families and guardians to support each childs learning
