Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and support to middle school students with moderate to severe disabilities
- Develop, review, and implement IEPs in collaboration with a seasoned multidisciplinary team
- Adapt curriculum materials and instructional techniques to accommodate varied learning styles
- Foster a safe, positive classroom climate that encourages growth, independence, and engagement
- Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and communicate regularly with families
