Per Diem School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Whittier, California

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized nursing care to students throughout the school day.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to support students in a classroom setting (standing, walking, light lifting).
• Up-to-date TB test as required.
• Willingness to complete mandatory school clearances.

Preferred Experience (not required):

• Prior work in schools, pediatrics, special education, or behavioral health.
• Familiarity with IEPs or school health plans.
• Skills in G-Tube feeding, trach care, or seizure management.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and adaptability.
