Key Responsibilities:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in the classroom
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and encourage participation
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support as directed by teachers and staff
• Help implement behavior support plans; follow IEPs as applicable
• Aid with mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• TB test (per district requirements)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Willing to obtain necessary clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior exposure to school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and a team-player
