What Youll Do:

• Deliver care and assistance on a 1:1 or small-group basis, following teacher direction.
• Support students with daily activities, transitions between classrooms, and encourage participation.
• Uphold behavior support strategies and adhere to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Assist with student mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed.
• Help to cultivate a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school atmosphere.

What Youll Bring:

• Valid high school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• TB test clearance per school/district guidelines.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform lifting tasks when necessary.
• Up-to-date background clearances or willingness to acquire.
• Preferred: Experience in K-12 schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare; familiarity with supporting special needs or behavioral challenges; training in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus.
• Strong reliability, patience, and collaborative skills.
