As an Instructional Aide Sub, you'll:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings
• Provide individualized or group assistance as guided by classroom teachers and staff
• Help students manage daily routines, classroom tasks, and transitions
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEPs when necessary
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs for students with varying support requirements
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive session for every learner

To qualify for this role:

• Hold a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old
• Complete or present an up-to-date TB test (as required)
• Be able to stand, walk, and help with lifting as situations arise
• Have current school compliance clearances, or be willing to obtain them prior to starting
• Prior experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings is valued
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavior challenges is a plus
• Experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT is welcomed but not essential
• Exhibit patience, reliability, and a collaborative approach
