Per Diem Registered Nurse School Setting - Rock Spring, GA

In this role, you'll:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group support to students, addressing their academic, behavioral, and social needs in collaboration with teaching staff.
• Assist students with daily routines, including transitions and active participation in classroom activities.
• Implement and follow behavior support plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Support supervision, mobility, and personal care needs for students, as required.
• Help create and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students.

What you'll need to bring:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to comply with district TB test requirements
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Up-to-date clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred qualifications include experience working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care environments, as well as supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges. Any training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT is highly valued. A reliable, patient nature and a collaborative mindset will help you succeed.
