Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures per physician instructions
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in accordance with state requirements
• Provide health education to students and staff
• Act as a liaison between families, educators, school administration, and external healthcare providers
• Implement health and safety protocols, including emergency response plans, as needed
• Participate in student health assessments and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as appropriate
