Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 or small group support to students, fostering growth in line with teacher direction
• Help students navigate daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavioral support strategies and adhere to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assist with mobility, personal care, and ensure attentive supervision as needed
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all learners

Essential Qualifications:

• Active Alabama RN license
• Minimum age of 18 years
• TB test compliance in accordance with district policies
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting if required
• Current background clearances or willingness to secure them prior to employment

Preferred Experience:

• School, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting background
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification/experience in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus
• Reliability, patience, and a collaborative mindset
