In this role, youll provide critical 1:1 care for students as part of a dedicated school-based team. Youll use your clinical knowledge and nurturing approach to empower young learners, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout their school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored medical, behavioral, and social support for students within classroom and campus settings
• Assist with daily routines, mobility, transitions, and participation in educational activities
• Carry out 1:1 care tasks under the direction of teachers and school personnel
• Monitor and attend to personal care needs, supporting inclusive, respectful learning
• Maintain compliance with all safety and health protocols within the school context

Required Qualifications:

• Active California RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Recent TB test (per district guidelines)
• Ability and willingness to meet physical demands (standing, walking, assistive tasks)
• All required clearances current or attainable before assignment

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care environment
• Familiarity with student populations with autism, special needs, or behavioral considerations
• Comfort or certification in CPR, G-Tube, and Trach care is a plus
• Demonstrates teamwork, patience, reliability, and adaptability
