Key Qualifications

• Active RN license and compliance with school health requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum of 18 years of age

• Clear TB screening (as required per district)

• Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as requested

• All mandated clearances current or willing to obtain before starting Preferred Experience

• Background supporting children in school, behavioral, or healthcare settings

• Experience with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges

• Familiarity with CPR, G-Tube, or Trach care (highly valued but not mandatory)

• Demonstrates reliability, patience, and a team-oriented mindset Role Responsibilities

• 1:1 medical and behavioral support to students as guided by classroom staff

• Assistance with medical needs, daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
