Youll work side-by-side with teachers to guide, encourage, and support students with diverse needs, including Special Education and English Language Learners (ELL). What Youll Do:
Support students one-on-one and in small groups
Assist with IEPs and behavior plans
Help teachers with lessons and classroom activities
Support students with special needs in inclusive settings
Encourage and assist English Language Learners
Help maintain a safe, structured environment
Supervise during lunch, transitions, and school activities
What You Bring:
Missouri Paraprofessional Educator Certification
A passion for working with students
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Ability to stay active throughout the day
