School Registered Nurses have an exciting opportunity to engage with students in a supportive, dynamic setting near Independence, MO. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 medical and social assistance to students in classroom environments
• Follow teacher and school staff direction to support student needs
• Assist with medical care, daily routines, mobility, and transitions throughout the school day
• Support supervision, personal care needs, and student participation in activities
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• TB test per district policy
• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally assist with lifting
• Willingness to obtain required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school nursing, behavioral health, special education, or childcare
• Experience assisting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPR, G-Tube, or Trach care (helpful but not essential)
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and collaborative spirit
