Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized medical, social, and behavioral assistance to students throughout the school day
• Provide 1:1 care according to guidance from teaching staff and school administration
• Assist students with medical requirements, daily routines, transitions, and active participation in classroom activities
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care for students with varying needs
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere

Requirements for School Compliance:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• High school diploma or GED or higher
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Willingness to complete TB testing as required
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting duties on occasion
• Up-to-date background clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Background working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPR, G-tube, or trach experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative work style
