Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized medical, behavioral, and social support to students during the school day
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective 1:1 student assistance
• Help students with medical needs, personal care tasks, daily routines, and transitions between activities
• Support mobility and maintain student supervision, fostering safety and inclusion
• Contribute actively to a positive, respectful classroom environment

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a TB test, per district guidelines
• Physical ability to stand, walk, assist with lifting, and support student needs
• Willingness to secure or update all clearances required to work in schools

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, child care, special education, or behavioral health
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Practical knowledge of CPR, G-Tube, or Trach care (a plus, not mandatory)
• Professional approach: reliable, patient, and collaborative
