Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 medical, behavioral, and social assistance to students as needed during classroom activities
• Implement care plans and routines, including assistance with transitions and participation
• Provide mobility support, personal care, and supervision as directed by school teams
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster a respectful, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Adhere to school compliance standards and maintain required documentation

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to fulfill physical requirements such as standing, walking, and lifting
• Completion of TB testing (per district protocols)
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Skill working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPR, G-Tube, and Trach care experience is a plus
• Team-oriented, reliable, and patient disposition
