What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students under the guidance of teachers and school staff
• Assist students with daily classroom routines, transitions, and organization
• Help implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as directed
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Contribute to a safe, encouraging, and respectful learning atmosphere
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with school team members

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Current TB test (per district requirements)
• Willingness to complete or update clearances before starting
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented disposition

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity working in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or challenging behaviors
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training is helpful, but not required
