School-Registered Nurses are needed for per diem, school-based opportunities near Des Plaines, IL! Spindle is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to provide essential 1:1 support for students, helping them thrive academically, socially, and medically. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 medical assistance to students as specified by teachers and school staff
• Support students with their daily routines, classroom participation, transitions, and medical needs
• Assist with personal care, mobility, supervision, and behavioral support in the classroom
• Help create and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all students
• Collaborate closely with educators and other school professionals

Essential Requirements:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• TB test as required by the district
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Willingness to meet or obtain all necessary clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPR, G-Tube, or Trach experience (a plus but not required)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
