Key Qualifications:

• Must hold an active AL Registered Nurse license
• At least 18 years of age

• Previous work in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care environment
• Experience supporting students with special needs, behavioral challenges, or autism
• Familiarity or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT is an asset
• Demonstrates reliability, patience, and a collaborative work style

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group academic, behavioral, and social support under teacher guidance
• Assist students with daily activities, transitions, and classroom participation
• Follow and implement behavior support plans and IEPs as directed
• Offer supervision, mobility assistance, and personal care where necessary
