Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored, 1:1 medical, behavioral, and social support for students throughout the school day
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide assistance as outlined in student care plans
• Help with mobility, personal care, and routine transitions in and out of classrooms
• Monitor student well-being and intervene as required to guarantee safety
• Foster a compassionate, respectful classroom atmosphere for all learners

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• TB test compliant (per district guidelines)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Willingness to obtain necessary clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting
• Background supporting students with disabilities, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Experience with CPR, G-tube, or trach care (helpful but not mandatory)
• Reliable, patient, and team-focused approach
