Responsibilities include:

• Delivering personalized care and support to students, both individually and in small groups, under the supervision of teaching staff
• Assisting students with daily routines, classroom engagement, and transitions throughout the school day
• Implementing behavior support strategies and reinforcing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Providing support for student mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere that fosters student well-being

Desired qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Compliance with TB testing per school district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current background clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred experience:

• Previous experience in school health, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity with care for students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification or experience in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus
• Dependable, compassionate, flexible, and a collaborative mindset

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.98 to $40.98. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
