Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized medical, behavioral, and social support to students throughout the school day
• Deliver 1:1 assistance under teacher and staff direction, adapting care to meet each child's unique needs
• Assist with medical needs, daily activities, classroom transitions, and inclusive participation
• Help with mobility, supervision, and personal care
• Foster a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all students

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age 18
• TB testing in accordance with school district guidelines
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist students with lifting as needed
• Up-to-date clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to starting*

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or pediatric care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPR, G-tube, or trach care knowledge is a plus
• Dependable, patient, collaborative approach
