Qualifications:

• Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Certification required
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt behavioral interventions to diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support students social, emotional, and behavioral development across various school environments
• Accurately collect data and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure continuity of behavioral strategies
• Foster a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere for all students
• Respond calmly and effectively to challenging behaviors using approved techniques
