Key Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher required
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current fingerprint background clearance or willingness to obtain it before starting
• Preferred: Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity supporting students with autism, special needs, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification/experience is a plus
• Reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit

Your Daily Impact:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 or small group support for academic, behavioral, and social needs under teacher supervision
• Assist with classroom participation, daily routines, and student transitions
• Follow and reinforce behavior support plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer supervision, mobility support, and personal care as needed
