Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Wilton, CA

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Provide individualized or small group support for students academic, behavioral, and social needs, guided by teachers
• Assist with daily classroom routines, transitions, and enhance student engagement
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support students mobility and supervise or assist with personal care needs, as required
• Help create and sustain a safe, respectful, and welcoming classroom environment

Preferred qualifications and experience include:

• Associates degree or higher
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical support as needed
• Current or obtainable fingerprint background clearances
• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings highly valued
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral differences
• CPI, PMT, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification/experience is a plus
• Patience, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit
