This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) eager to make a positive impact in an educational setting. Qualifications:
- Active RBT Certification required
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
- Familiarity with behavior intervention strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support teams
- Strong communication and record-keeping skills
- Professional, adaptable, and reliable
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral support to K-12 students, following prescribed intervention plans
- Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
- Collaborate with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts and school personnel
- Assist with developing strategies to address challenging behaviors and reinforce positive outcomes
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
- Adapt support based on each students unique needs
This contract role is designed for individuals seeking flexibility and meaningful work. Start as soon as possible, with assignments available through June 2026. Your expertise will directly support student success, personal growth, and a positive school culture.
