Registered Behavior Technician in Weed, CA

Qualifications:

• Active RBT Certification required
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
• Familiarity with behavior intervention strategies

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral support to K-12 students, following prescribed intervention plans
• Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts and school personnel
• Assist with developing strategies to address challenging behaviors and reinforce positive outcomes
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
• Adapt support based on each students unique needs
