Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Weaverville, CA

What youll do:

• Deliver 1:1 or small-group academic, behavioral, and social support under teacher supervision
• Assist with daily routines, classroom participation, and smooth transitions
• Implement behavior strategies and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support students mobility, supervision, and, if needed, personal care
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

What we seek:

• Associates degree or higher is a bonus
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as needed
• Current fingerprint background clearance or willingness to secure before starting
• Experienced in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care preferred
• Previous support for students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is ideal
• Certification or experience in CPI, PMT, or as an RBT a plus
• Reliable, patient, and thrives in a collaborative setting
