Exciting per diem opportunities are available for substitute classroom aides in Elmira and Horsehead, NY, working with students across K-12 settings.

Qualifications & Characteristics:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, paraprofessional experience, or equivalent credentials.
- Background working in educational settings or providing pediatric support.
- Comfortable assisting students in behavioral classrooms with varying support needs, including toileting as required.
- Demonstrated compassion, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
- Commitment to supporting student growth and positive behavioral outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group support for students in behavioral classrooms K-12.
- Assist teachers in carrying out lesson plans and behavioral strategies.
