- Assist with mobility needs, supervision, and personal care as appropriate

Essential Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or higher required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
- Current fingerprint background clearances or ability to obtain before starting
Preferred Experience:
- Work history in educational, behavioral health, or childcare settings
- Experience with special needs populations, autism spectrum support, or students facing behavioral challenges
- CPI, PMT, or RBT certification or training highly valued
- Reliable attendance, patience, and a collaborative, supportive spirit
