  • Work history in educational, behavioral health, or childcare settings
  • Experience with special needs populations, autism spectrum support, or students facing behavioral challenges
  • CPI, PMT, or RBT certification or training highly valued
  • Reliable attendance, patience, and a collaborative, supportive spirit
