What Youll Do:

  • Provide direct support to students both academically and behaviorally within classroom settings
  • Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom engagement to foster students participation and growth
  • Work under the direction of teachers and school staff to deliver one-on-one or small-group assistance
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and aid in the fulfillment of IEP goals
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students
  • Support supervision, facilitate mobility, and offer personal care assistance as needed

What Youll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Clear and current TB test (or willingness to complete)
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
  • Background clearances as required by the school district

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
  • Background supporting children with autism, special needs, or behavioral challenges
  • Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or prior RBT work valued but not mandatory
  • Reliable, empathetic, and cooperative work ethic
