Job Description

What Youll Do:
- Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral and classroom support, following guidance from teachers and school staff
- Implement behavior intervention plans, including reinforcement strategies and prompts as appropriate
- Encourage academic, behavioral, and social growth by engaging students throughout their day
- Observe and record student behavior, reporting updates to your supervisor
- Assist students with transitions, daily routines, and participation in school activities
- Support students supervision, mobility, and personal care needs as required
- Help create a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
What Youll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Current and active Registered Behavior Technician certification
- At least 18 years old
- Completed TB test (per school requirements)
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed
- All clearances, or willing to obtain them before starting
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare considered an asset
- Experience supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges, such as autism
- CPI, PMT, or RBT experience welcomed
- Patience, reliability, and strong collaboration skills
