Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Vallejo, California

What Youll Do:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral and classroom support, following guidance from teachers and school staff
• Implement behavior intervention plans, including reinforcement strategies and prompts as appropriate
• Encourage academic, behavioral, and social growth by engaging students throughout their day
• Observe and record student behavior, reporting updates to your supervisor
• Assist students with transitions, daily routines, and participation in school activities
• Support students supervision, mobility, and personal care needs as required
• Help create a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Current and active Registered Behavior Technician certification
• At least 18 years old
• Completed TB test (per school requirements)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed
• All clearances, or willing to obtain them before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare considered an asset
• Experience supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges, such as autism
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience welcomed
• Patience, reliability, and strong collaboration skills
